In his free time, you’ll find Tracy adventuring in the Colorado terrain in and around Crested Butte, Colorado where he lives with his wife and their 200 lb. Tracy currently serves on the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business Customer Experience Program Advisory Committee working with faculty to advance course curriculum and provide student mentorship. Vested® combines methodology, mindset, and movement to create highly collaborative business relationships in which both parties are equally committed to each other’s success. In 2010, Tracy joined the faculty of the University of Tennessee, leading the research to adapt the Vested® business model to IT business relationships.
